Out magazine has begun revealing the famous folks who made its 16th annual “Out 100” list, and the first seven honorees include T.R. Knight, currently starring in the Broadway mounting of David Mamet’s A Life in the Theatre, and Chris Colfer, who plays out-and-proud Kurt on Glee. Also making the cut: Addams Family star Nathan Lane, Million Dollar Quartet star Levi Kreis and the Next to Normal trio of star Kyle Dean Massey, librettist/lyricist Brian Yorkey and director Michael Greif. The 100 headline-making celebs will be featured in photographs inspired by three gay-centric themes: Truman Capote’s Black and White ball at the Plaza Hotel (including Knight’s portrait by Larry Fink), the rise of Studio 54 and the Stonewall riots in Greenwich Village (Colfer’s moody portrait by Roger Erickson). The complete list will be revealed on November 11.
